Production

We can clearly separate our factory in three different parts: mechanical production, die casting and gravity die casting.

Mechanical production:

In this area we are in charge of the design, mechanized production and moulds maintenance.
Once the client orders a piece to be made, we calculate a series of technical data so that the projection, design and production of the mould, fulfil a minimum exigencies for the correct pressure die casting or gravity die casting. Thanks to this study we offer our clients the best option to carry out in order to obtain a total quality of the product with low cost. We use specific machinery to do it.
If the moulds design needs it, we made part of it abroad, always controlling and supervising that the job is done correctly and keeping the client’s confidentiality.

Pressure die-casting:

Nowadays we use the high-technology to pressure die cast with cold chamber and hot chamber machines.

The automatic hot chamber machines vary between 20 and 80 tonnes and we can use them to produce pieces with a maximum area of 562 square centimetres and pieces up to 1,5 Kg.
The metal used for the first cast is Zamak ( ZL5), supplied by our suppliers Asturiana del Zinc, always taking into account the appropriate analysis of each ingot to be melt.
Our hot chamber machines ( FRECH ) can calculate the injection parameters, quality tables, piece control proofs, cores extractor, adjustments, etc. This way we control the perfection of the production process and we obtain the injection quality requested by each client.
The sector and the kind of pieces we are specialized are: Gifts and decoration (Paper knives, thimbles, swords, bells, metopes, key rings, jugs, handles, etc) Industrial pieces, Furniture accessories (Hinges, handles, ironworks, etc.)

The cold chamber machines vary between 25 and 80 tonnes and we can use them to produce pieces with a maximum area of 415 square centimetres and up to 1,5 Kg.
With these machines, which have the same technology as the hot chamber machines, we inject pieces in Aluminium, Zamak, Brass and Lead.
The sector and kind of pieces in which we are specialized are: Gifts and decoration, furniture accessories (bolts, handles, etc), industrial pieces, balcony ornaments, construction elements, counterweights for plastic pieces, etc.

COMMENT: We can offer rough or finished pieces, at the client’s interest.

Gravity die-casting:

In this sector, we cast aluminium, brass and bronze, using two different production systems: gravity die casting using sand moulds (Green sand) and gravity die casting using permanent moulds (Chilled mould).
The sector and the kind of pieces in which we are specialized are: construction industry (Water meter manholes, Stopcock manholes, Junction box manholes, Gutter manholes, grilles, etc.) nautical elements (Boat iron fittings, Ornaments, Hungers, etc.) small sculptures, commemorative plaques, metopes, etc.
